CLOSET STYLING

The ideal service to book if you have a closet full of clothes, but tend to wear the same thing over and over and don't feel all that confident about putting looks together. If you want a fresh perspective in creating new looks from the clothes you already own then this is a great place to start. 

Here's how it works:

 

STEP 1 : SORT, 1 HR

It all begins with an in-home consultation and wardrobe edit where I learn about you and your needs, discuss what looks great on you, then I analyze your clothing and accessories for fit, style and condition. I provide honest feedback about what works and what doesn’t, what should stay, be donated/sold, or altered, and together we will identify the key pieces in your current wardrobe that will work to create looks for your lifestyle, or for a specific event or vacation.

STEP 2 : STYLE, 1 HR

After learning more about you and your lifestyle needs, I'll put together new complete looks for you with what you already have in your closet. I'll show you how to re-create each outfit and take pictures every step of the way.  You'll receive a digital look book of your new outfits that will help you recreate them on you own and make getting dressed a breeze. I'll also create a list of missing items that would help you complete your wardrobe.

SORT, SHOP & STYLE

Do you hate shopping and feel overwhelmed in stores? Not sure what looks good on you? Do you tend to wear the same few things and waste money on clothes you don't wear? I have a solution and a strategy for style.

My complete wardrobe rehab process is known to be transformational, making my clients feel handsome, confident and excited to get dressed each morning. All three steps are necessary — each one builds on the previous to create the best results. Here's how it works:

 

A STRATEGY FOR STYLE

DAY 1, 2 HRS

It starts with a relaxed in-home consultation, where I’ll learn about your current style needs according to your lifestyle and budget. Next, we’ll assess your current wardrobe. Working together, we’ll examine for fit, style, proportion and condition and decide what to keep, what needs alterations, what to donate, and what to acquire.  At the end of our first consult I will take garments you’ve decided to remove from your wardrobe and donate or consign them for you. One less thing you have to worry about! 

 

HUNTING AND GATHERING (AKA SHOPPING)

DAY 2, 2.5 HRS

Based on your budget and the needs we identified together, I will pre-shop for you, so that all you’ll have to do is meet me and try-on the clothing finds I've selected specifically for you. 

 

SHARP STYLING

DAY 3: STYLE, 2 HRS

Following your shopping trip, I will come to your home to blend your new wardrobe items with your old favorites and show you how to accessorize each look perfectly. For each Sort, Shop & Style client, I create a digital look book with images that I'll snap during your Style session, that will help you recreate each look with ease. It’s super convenient, and it’s all completely private. The result will be a streamlined, highly functional closet made-up of outfits that work for everyday and occasion. 

 

I'M OFTEN ASKED

Why can't I just do a Sort and not a Shop? Or, just a Style? Here is why: My experience with numerous clients has taught me that all of the elements are necessary. If all I do is a Sort, you may be left with a diminished closet and no real plan for acquiring the missing pieces. If we do nothing but Shop, you miss out on all the amazing outfits I can help you create with those new items and old favorites. And, if styling alone were the answer, you might be left with a closet full of clothes that just don't work. I recognize this is a leap of faith. Your life is busy, hectic and full and your personal style should reflect your most confident, put-together, successful self 365 days a year.  Keep your wardrobe sharp and updated year-round - every 90 days - with customized styling support in-between. This is for the man who needs to look good for work, business trips, work dinners, vacations and weekends away, but doesn't have the time to dedicate to his wardrobe. 

Here's how it works:

 

FIRST SORT, SHOP & STYLE

We'll kick things off with my signature Sort, Shop & Style. Working together, we will look at the year ahead and plot specific events you would like to be "style ready" for. Whether it's business trips, vacations, conferences, fundraisers or everyday meetings - my role through the Style 365 is to be your personal styling concierge for an entire year.  Ensuring that you and your wardrobe are ready for anything that comes your way.

NEXT 90 DAYS: SHOP & STYLE

Based on our sartorial plan and the events you have coming up, I will pre-shop for you and prepare dressing rooms with ideal finds to meet your current wardrobe needs. Then I will create fresh looks through the items purchased and items already in your closet. Each step of the way, maintaining and enhancing a wardrobe that reflects your style and is easy for you to recreate on your own. As always, digital pictures will be taken and added to your Style 365 digital lookbook.

 

NEXT 90 DAYS: SORT, SHOP & STYLE

We'll come back where we started and Sort, Shop & Style your wardrobe for the new season. I'll start by going through your current wardrobe and properly storing last season's items. Then using our Year of Style plan, we'll create a focused shopping list that includes garments for the day-to-day of the upcoming season, plus unique looks for specific seasonal events. I will help you create and record new looks that seamlessly mesh with your previous buys.

 

NEXT 90 DAYS: SHOP & STYLE

We will complete your yearly Style 365 by finding the final pieces to round-out your wardrobe or prepare you for the important events scheduled for the next 90 days. By now, you and I will be on telepathic terms and I'll know exactly what you need to be wearing and when. What's more, you will have a wardrobe that is cohesive, easy and tailored entirely to you.
