There are only a few days left until Father’s Day and if you still haven’t found the perfect gift for Dad, fear not, I have some ideas that don’t require you to go hunting the stores for things he probably doesn’t need!

The Ultimate Travel Bag

If the dad in your life travels, then you will not go wrong with my favorite travel bag the Hook & Albert Weekender. It combines the functionality of a garment bag with the pack-it-up portability of a duffle. It opens up like a suit carrier, has internal pockets for shoes and accessories and then folds back up into a carry on bag. It’s stylish, sleek and will elevate his business travel game big time. You can buy it online at www.HookAndAlbert.com or run to Rothman’s in Union Square to pick it up in person.

Professional Pictures

Book a portrait session with Claudine Williams to help elevate Dad’s professional brand in the work place. Did you know that those with a professional photo on their LinkedIn profile are more likely to be looked at? Mini and full sessions are available and I can attest to the quality and awesomeness - Claudine took my professional pictures and they help take my brand to the next level.

Personal Styling

Is Dad looking a little shabby? Treat him to a personal styling session with Harrison Style. I will assess and edit his closet and help him put together outfits with what he already owns, or we can start from scratch to help define his signature style, shop strategically so he doesn’t spend on things he doesn’t need, and walk away with a lookbook of his new outfits. Gift certificates can be emailed just in time for Father’s Day.

Haircut & Grooming Membership

Pamper Dad with a membership to John Allan (ask for Linda if he’s near the Wall Street location). The full-service comes with the hot towel treatment, shampoo and scalp massage, haircut, manicure, shoeshine, and beverages not to mention there’s a pool table, bar and a super cool old school barber-shop meets Manhattan luxury vibe.

Father & Son Shorts

Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of guys getting their swim shorts all wrong - they're too big, too baggy and too long. That’s why I love the idea of buying Dad new swim shorts this Father’s Day. Vilebrequin has a new model out for guys with a flat waistband (as opposed to their more traditional and less cool-looking elasticized waist) and what’s cuter than matching father & son swim shorts?! You can order online or pop into one of the three NYC stores on Madison Ave, Soho or Brookfield Place.
